yumdownloader does not work

I make a try of yumdownloader --source systemd , but it does not work.

I have config the yum repo to correct repo which make yum install works well.

Please check if this is a bug or I miss some configuration.

All of the projects in openEuler Community are maintained by @openeuler-ci-bot.

it works, Please add docs to the manual to make everyone knows. and provide a upgrade package to include this config.
