【openEuler-20.03-SP1】连接fc存储后系统重启

背景：需要适配使用HBA卡：QLogic Corp. QLE2692 Dual Port 16Gb Fibre（芯片ISP2722-based）

在华琨服务器（HUAWEI Kunpeng 920 5221K 32C@2.6GHz),插上HBA卡样品，安装openEuler-20.03-LTS-SP1-aarch64-dvd.iso，设备识别正常，lspci信息显示正常，内核未发现异常报错。使用绿色（BOYANG OPTICAL FIBER CABLE MM 50/125UM OM3）连接FC存储后宕机重启。
