【标题描述】使用dcb工具读取pfc统计后，会导致ethtool -S读取的pfc帧统计不准确。
【环境信息】
硬件信息：
kunpeng 920服务器，hns3板载网卡
软件信息：
NA，均涉及。
【问题复现步骤】
具体操作步骤
出现概率：必现
两台kunpeng 920服务器对接或者用一台对接tesgine。
1.其中一台或者用tesgine发送pfc帧，然后通过下面命令查询pfc统计：
dcb -s pfc show dev ethx
2.再次用下面命令查询pfc统计：
dcb -s pfc show dev ethx
发现pfc统计变成0
3.然后再用下面命令查询pfc统计
ethtool -S ethx
会发现ethtool -S的pfc统计不存在。
