代码拉取完成，页面将自动刷新
当前block层io下发是在循环中不停地从调度器取io下发到驱动，直到下发失败或者没有新的io可以下发。
当驱动io完成速度超过了io下发速度，io下发的进程将一直处于循环中无法退出，导致softlockup告警。
根据下发进程开始的时间，当超过1s后增加调度点以避免softlockup告警
