【标题描述】在虚拟机中主动触发kdump，kdump没有正常重启机器，而是进入了死循环，虚拟机挂死

【问题复现步骤】
具体操作步骤
1、在虚拟机中，在grub中kernel命令行参数中添加crashkernel=auto
2、在虚拟机中，安装kexec-tools软件，systemctl enable kdump,systemctl start kdump
3、在虚拟机中，手动触发kdump：   echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger

出现概率(是否必现，概率性错误)问题必现，前提是虚拟机内核支持kdump功能
【预期结果】
描述预期结果，可以通过对比新老版本获取
正常情况下，虚拟机会因为手动触发异常，进行重启，并产生kdump文件
【实际结果】
描述出问题的结果 
出现问题的时候，虚拟机并没有重启，而是没有任何反应
