主线补丁net: bridge: multicast: notify switchdev driver whenever MC processing gets disabled分析

每当bridge驱动程序达到MDB的最大容量时，它就会禁用MC处理（通过设置相应的bridge选项），但从不通知switchdev做了更改(通知器仅在通过注册的netlink接口显式设置此选项）。这可能导致软件MDB处理被禁用时，事件永远不会卸载到底层硬件。
在这种情况下，通过添加通知消息来解决此问题
