删除中断重入冗余维测打印

在修复ARM中断丢失问题后（a95cc4dafae34dc6da8cb86c9c644290836c6684 genirq: introduce handle_fasteoi_edge_irq flow handler），该维测已无实际作用，属于冗余维测，需要被删除。
