问题描述：用U盘或kvm挂载镜像安装openEuler23.09系统时，出现”kernel panic“，导致系统无法安装
尝试使用dd或者iso方式制作U盘启动盘安装系统，现象一致，无法安装，并且关闭SMT超线程也无法安装，现象一致
使用其他系统可成功安装，目前来看和系统强相关
平台：海光四号平台
镜像：openEuler23.09
