[OLK 6.6]block: Make blkdev_get_by_*() return handle

回合主线打开关闭块设备重构补丁。
新增"bdev_open_"函数替换"blkdev_get_"函数；新增结构体"bdev_handle"包含所有关闭块设备所需的参数。

Create struct bdev_handle that contains all parameters that need to be
passed to blkdev_put() and provide bdev_open_* functions that return
this structure instead of plain bdev pointer.
