存储虚拟化kworker NUMA affinity特性同步：OLK-5.10到OLK-6.6 【问题现象】 下游FS在测试IPSAN场景时发现ARM上的性能跟X86相比差非常多，IPSAN的测试数据波动很大。 【特性描述】 实现了一套自适应机制，让iscsi创建的workqueue能够自动识别当前iscsi所处理的软中断的cpu，并自动将workqueue调度到对应的NUMA node上。 【特性预期效果】 避免跨numa的内存拷贝产生的额外开销，将内存拷贝的开销降低到最低，从而提升IPSAN性能。 【配置约束】 打开kernel编译开关 CONFIG_SCSI_KWORKER=y
