[OLK-6.6] Phytium: 修复启用efi fb时可能导致内核显示驱动使能失败，系统黑屏的问题

使用Phytium DC显示驱动并启用efi fb（固件显示驱动）时，可能出现显示驱动移交framebuffer失败，导致进入内核后出现无显示的问题。
该补丁用于修复Phytium DC显示驱动中的bug。

验证：该补丁已在OLK-6.6上验证生效，合入该补丁后可解决上述bug。
