[openEuler-1.0-LTS] Update a series of xhci-related Zhaoxin patches

主线近期接受了一批兆芯的xhci补丁。
这批补丁之前已经提交到了欧拉社区内并已经接受。
在提交到主线的过程中，Maintainers对补丁提出了一些建议。所以，主线版本与之前提交到社区的版本略有差异。
所以，计划将主线版本替换到之前的旧版本，以保证功能和格式与主线的一致。
