描述
OpenSCAP项目提供了由开源社区开发的各种加固指南和配置基线，确保您能够选择适合您组织需求的安全策略。当前openEuler通过安全加固工具已经提供了默认的加固内容，但为了兼容国际主流标准，需要基于openSCAP提供openEuler的安全配置基线。
具体实施策略如下：
1、熟悉openSCAP相关标准。
2、修改openSCAP软件包，指定openEuler的安全配置基线。
3、提交相应的代码
4、maintainer评审合入
