描述
Go同步(sync)包中有三个关于安全并发的保障机制:原子操作(atomic.Value)、同步锁(sync.Mutex)、读写锁(sync.RWMutex),通过逻辑或算法实现对其中一个或多个进行优化,提升性能

2、输出Go同步包中锁或原子操作优化案例
3、优化后的代码合入Go社区视为优选

技术要求
