Rust是一门高性能系统级语言。HashMap是经常用到的数据结构，在多线程并发情况下，出于性能的考虑要使用无锁HashMap。本任务要求用Rust实现高性能的无锁HashMap。

3、要求在aarch64架构上跑通，在openEuler上经过测试。
