1.开启参数 
alter system set enable_recyclebin=on;
alter system set recyclebin_retention_time=10000;
alter system set undo_retention_time=10000;
drop table if exists t2;
drop table if exists t3;
purge recyclebin;
select * from gs_recyclebin;
2、创建表
create table t2(id int, name text) with (storage_type = ustore);
create table t3(id int, name text) with (storage_type = ustore);
insert into t2 values(1, 'A');
insert into t3 values(1, 'B');
select * from t2;
select * from t3;
3、执行drop/truncate
drop table t2;
select * from gs_recyclebin;
truncate table t3;
select * from t3;
select * from gs_recyclebin;
4、关闭参数
alter system set enable_recyclebin=off;
select pg_sleep(1);
select * from gs_recyclebin;
5、执行闪回
timecapsule table t2 to before drop;
timecapsule table t3 to before truncate;

【预期输出】:
关闭参数后闪回失败
【实际输出】:
仍旧可以闪回成功
