**【组网_必现】已组网，一端切换网络再切回，过程中组网未下线(无上下线回调) ** **【环境信息】:** - 网络环境：2个3516DV300，WiFi组网 - 硬件开发板型号：3516DV300 - 软件版本信息或tag节点 https://gitee.com/openharmony-sig/oh-inner-release-management/blob/master/Release-Testing-Version.md - 测试环境 - 其他 **【预置条件】:** 1、完成2个3516DV300设备绑定 2、连接AP1，已完成组网 **【测试步骤】：** 1、注册节点变化回调 2、设备上线 3、一端设备切换网络（连接AP1切换到连接AP2） 4、检查组网离线状态 5、再切换网络（连接AP2切换到连接AP1） 6、检查组网上线状态 **【预期结果】：** 4、触发离网回调 6、触发上线回调 **【实际结果】：** 无离线和上线回调，且切换网络后数据仍能发送成功 **【恢复手段】：** 重启设备 **【出现概率】：必现** **【定位信息】：** - 1. Log、截图、多媒体文件等，所有和问题有关的信息：无
