repo ini 总是无法拉取其他分支的代码，除了可以拉去master

**【任务描述】**
使用如下命令初始化并拉取代码：

repo init -u git@gitee.com:openharmony/manifest.git -b OpenHarmony-v4.1.4-Release --no-r
epo-verify

repo init -u git@gitee.com:openharmony/manifest.git -b OpenHarmony-v5.1.0-Release --no-repo-verify

repo init -u git@gitee.com:openharmony/manifest.git -b OpenHarmony-v5.0.3-Release --no-repo-verify

无论是哪一个都无法拉取，报如下错误：
