This repository contains a few files over a certain size which should be git lfs
object instead of being files in git directly for better repository performance.
In addition to better repository performance it would also help us to on a GiHub
mirror of all OpenHarmony repositories. GiHub has a maximum size of 100 MB per
file in a git repository.
Please switch the following files files over to git lfs objects as well:
mindspore-v1.8.1.zip

There seem to be no side effects from the change and it's a must-have for having a mirror of this repository in GitHub.
