4.9.5-r3 fails to import modules containing ".so" in the name. Such as @ohos.net.socket

**【Description】**

The 4.9.5 (as well as the newer 4.2.3) has the bug. 
Trying to import anything containing the ".so" substring in its file name causes a strange error:

```
$ cat tmp.ts

import {foo} from "./x.something"

$ cat x.something.ts
export function foo() {}

$ ./node_modules/ohos-typescript/bin/tsc tmp.ts
tmp.ts(2,19): warning TS28014: Currently module for './x.something' is not verified. If you're importing napi, its verification will be enabled in later SDK version. Please make sure the corresponding .d.ts file is provided and the napis are correctly declared.
```

Looking at the source code:

It seems to check the module name contains ".so", rather that it ends with ".so".

The problem is very bad as it fails to import @ohos.net.socket which is imported from @ohos.net.http.
