### 需求说明 目前项目任务有很多状态，其中最关键的状态为已完成状态，目前若更新任务状态为已完成，系统调用更新接口，带入已完成状态对于的ID，同时系统自动帮把完成时间（对于finished_at字段）更新。用户无法对完成时间进行任何修改。这样就会产生一个问题，本来已完成的项目，因为误操作（如在任务面板不小心切换到进行中，然后又切换回已完成），就会造成已完成时间的更新，导致面板上显示项目逾期，统计的时候就会统计到逾期任务。有的项目绩效统计是考虑有逾期率的，因此，本来不逾期的项目因为误操作，就逾期了。个人感觉这个功能你们的程序员偷懒了。 现在提成一个需求，希望能提供一个功能进行finished_at的修改，并且是可设置权限的，因为，正常来讲只有项目经理能够修改这个时间。项目组成员不能随意修改。 ### 需求目的（解决什么痛点，带来什么收益） 对已完成的任务进行更精准的控制。对完成率的统计更加精确。 ### 需求来源（用户，竞品，运营，其他） 用户
