## What do I need to do when using a new SIM card for the first time?
When obtaining a new SIM card, you generally need to activate it. This can be done through a phone call or by using the URL provided by the service provider.

## Why can't I send text messages with my SIM card?
There are several possible reasons for this issue:

* SMS service has not been activated.

## Why can't I make phone calls?

## What is an IoT card?
