问题原因：5.2.5版本pr：!25:assimp在master进行升级，到5.2.5

assimp在5.2.5版本将 ASSIMP_BUILD_ASSIMP_TOOLS的默认值改为了OFF，相关链接：https://github.com/assimp/assimp/commit/eee6269cd15b717a6ba6389636e463f03f0c1549，所以默认编译后不提供/usr/bin/assimp工具

综上：非问题，属于api变更，如果需要这个命令需要编译时候设置
%cmake
-DASSIMP_BUILD_ASSIMP_TOOLS=ON 进行编译
