libytnef这个包没有编译出来，但是obs上是编译成功的

该issue等待round2中libytnef编译成功后进行回归

nothing provides perl(MIME::Parser) needed by ytnef-2.0-1.oe2303.x86_64

ytnef安装时 perl(MIME::Entity) perl(MIME::Parser)即perl-MIME-tools目前还未引入，先进行闭环处理
