【问题复现步骤】
1. 安装包 yum install cloud-init -y
2. 启动服务 systemctl start cloud-config;systemctl status cloud-config
3. setenforce 0
4. 启动服务并查询服务状态 systemctl start cloud-config;systemctl status cloud-config
【预期结果】
selinux开发打开状态服务也可启动
【实际结果】
selinux开发打开状态服务启动失败

//cloud-config服务拉起失败
[root@openEuler ~]# rpm -qa cloud-init
cloud-init-22.2-6.oe2303.noarch
//cloud-config服务拉起成功
[systemctl restart sshd]命令导致cloud-config服务拉起失败。
该问题在#I6L4W5:设置cloud-init开机自启，执行reboot重启机器后发现ssh服务挂掉 中已修复。
属于重复问题。
已和测试 @clerk_duan 对齐，下一轮回归测试。
