【问题复现步骤】
进入DDE桌面，打开启动器
【预期结果】
启动器中图标显示正常
【实际结果】
个别图标显示异常

经讨论，该issue在openEuler 22.09版本遗留，状态更改为挂起
deepin上的svg都是依照Svg 1.1 Full 标准做的，Qt只支持Svg Tiny 1.2 的标准，这个是 DDE 的通病，不太好搞https://github.com/linuxdeepin/qt5integration/pull/74
