代码拉取完成，页面将自动刷新
1、配置文件中配置memRouter策略
2、json配置文件中mig_policy_threshold配置为20M
3、创建一个test进程，进程中申请10000个4K页，申请完以后访问所有内存
4、启动test，memdcd
5、查看/proc/$test/status中的内存使用情况和交换情况
结果：
内存使用情况和交换情况没有达到预期
