问题定位：EBS发布repo时默认会在继承原来编译出来的rpm范围的基础上，做去重，但是因为存在不同软件仓会编译同名但版本号不一样的rpm，导致有的rpm被剔除了，进而导致repo源缺少rpm，最终导致外围包安装依赖不闭环;
