【23.09 round1】【arm/x86物理机】hdf5自编译缺少提供module命令的编译依赖包

【环境信息】
软件信息：
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler 23.09
2）内核信息:6.4.0-1.0.2.6.oe2309

【操作步骤】
1、yumdownloader --source hdf5
2、rpm -i hdf5-1.12.1-4.oe2309.src.rpm
3、cd ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/
4、yum builddep hdf5.spec
5、rpmbuild -ba hdf5.spec

问题原因：缺少module命令

解决办法：添加编译依赖environment-modules

但是安装完environment-modules后需要退出重进终端才能生效
