【23.03 round1】【arm/x86】kata-containers编译时选项无法自动填充

【环境信息】
软件信息：
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler 23.03
2）内核信息:6.1.8-3.0.0.10.oe2303

【操作步骤】
1、yumdownloader --source kata-containers
2、rpm -i kata-containers-2.1.0-30.oe2303.src.rpm
3、rpmbuild -ba kata-containers.spec

spec文件中在make之前增加make olddefconfig，该问题消失

【预期结果】编译过程中的选项可以自动填充
【实际结果】大量选项无法自动填充
