[23.03RC1][arm/x86]kiran-authentication-service服务启动日志提示：zlog init failed!

【环境信息】

【问题复现步骤】
1.　安装包　kiran-authentication-service
2.　启动服务　systemctl start kiran-system-daemon-authentication.service
3.　查看服务状态　 systemctl status kiran-system-daemon-authentication.service

【预期结果】
服务启动成功，且日志无报错
【实际结果】
日志提示　：zlog init failed!
