【20.03-LTS-SP3】【x86/arm】narayana源码包本地自编译失败

【环境信息】
系统：x86_64/aarch64虚拟机
OS版本：LTS-SP3-RC3
repo：everything、epol、source
【问题复现步骤】
1、将narayana源码包下载到虚拟机上执行编译
yumdownloader --source narayana
2、安装narayana
rpm -ivh narayana-5.3.3-5.oe1.src.rpm
3、进入安装目录
cd /root/rpmbuild/SPECS/
4、开始编译
rpmbuild -ba narayana.spec
5、如果有依赖的就安装依赖
【预期结果】
1、源码包编译成功，生成rpm二进制包，无异常
【实际结果】
1、源码包编译失败,缺少依赖 mvn(org.jboss.ironjacamar:ironjacamar-spec-api)
