【23.03 round1】【arm/x86】python3-ansible-runner和python3-augeas存在相同文件导致安装冲突

由于源码的setup.py中未完全排除test的整个元组，使python3-ansible-runner和python3-augeas包在%{python3_sitelib}/test/目录下存在相同文件导致安装失败。参考上游社区的修改，直接从源码的setup.py文件中排除整个test元组修复安装冲突。
