【22.03-RC2-arm/x86】使用源2203 LTS_epol_round2安装python-gitdb相关包后，因缺少依赖包无法安装;

【环境信息】
OS：LTS系统（arm、x86）
repo:[2203_OS] [2203_EPOL] [2203_everything]

【操作步骤】
1、配置repo源2203 LTS epol 2203源（everything（本地）、OS,epol）;
2、安装python-gitdb相关包安装到2203 LTS_epol_round2后，因缺少依赖包无法安装;

【预期结果】
1.2203 epol 仓库安装python-gitdb相关包安装到2203 LTS_epol_round2后，因缺少依赖包无法安装;

【实际结果】
1.2203 epol 仓库安装python-gitdb相关包安装到2203 LTS_epol_round2后，可正常安装;

python3-gitdb缺少安装依赖python3-smmap，python-smmap在工程unresolvable状态，缺少python3-nosexcover，python3-nosexcover为非必要依赖，且将要衰退，盱眙需要解除python-smmap对python3-nosexcover的依赖
