【23.09 round3】【arm/x86】python-mpmath自编译失败,缺少texlive-collection-latexextra

【环境信息】
软件信息：
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler 23.09
2）内核信息: 6.4.0-5.0.0.13.oe2309

【操作步骤】
1、yumdownloader --source python-mpmath
2、rpm -i python-mpmath-1.3.0-2.oe2309.src.rpm
3、cd ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/
4、yum builddep python-mpmath.spec

【实际结果】自编译失败,缺少编译依赖

问题原因：texlive-filesystem子包texlive-collection-latexextra未带入版本，不会发布到repo中，所以本地自编译无法安装该包
解决方法：对依赖包texlive-collection-latexextra进行解耦，替换为其他包

回归测试通过，测试截图如下：
