这个问题是因为23.03内核采用了6.1.8 内核版本，这个版本的KAPI 与之前openEuler LTS 版本差异较大，造成了编译出错。

因为6.1.8内核自带的qla2xxx 驱动版本是 10.02.07.900，它和我们目前社区OOB 版本 10.02.08.01 之间的差距并不是非常大，且23.03 版本不是LTS 版本。我建议将OOB 版本的 qla2xxx 从23.03 分支当中移除。最终用户使用内核inbox qla2xxx版本即可。
