【操作步骤】
1、yum install sassc
2、文件位置：
https://gitee.com/openeuler/mugen/tree/master/testcases/cli-test/sassc/common
执行命令：
tar -zxvf common/test.tar.gz
3、执行命令：
sassc -m inline test/tmp.css
【预期结果】
命令执行成功

命令执行失败

问题原因：上游在3.6.0版本做了修改见：https://github.com/sass/sassc/commit/2c2d2641a54e6f66fbbdb89b38204294fca83249
测试用例修改为：和测试文件在同一级目录下执行可以成功
