【环境信息】
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler 20.03 (LTS-SP3)
2）内核信息:4.19.90-2111.5.0.0123.oe1.x86_64

【问题复现步骤】
1.配置anaconda-ks.cfg（anaconda-ks.cfg上传至附件 openEuler-ks-x86.cfg）
chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/ks
2.选择/var/www/html/ks/openEuler-ks-x86.cfg安装

【预期结果】
安装成功，日志中无相关服务的失败报错
【实际结果】
日志中有报错：

1.报错是网络连接超时，不满足网络条件服务启动失败，正常现象
2.手动执行systemctl start systemd-networkd-wait-online，服务启动成功，服务没有问题
