1.systemtap软件包存在issue：
#I7KP9C:Upgrade to latest release [systemtap: 4.5 2021/05/07 -> 4.9 2023/04/28]；
#I7X33D:【openEuler-23.09 rc1 】【arm/x86 】stap-exporter.service 服务启动有报错信息。
2.内核版本变化导致systemtap包功能异常：
openEuler-23.09版本升级到6.4版本内核，与5.10版本内核相比改动很大（6.4内核函数接口、结构体成员等变化），若要保证23.09版本能够正常使用systemtap软件包，必须升级，解决内核变化导致的systemtap包编译不通过和功能运行报错问题。
