问题原因:
rust升级导致。
解决办法：
删除borrow，直接取cache_ref.inner.view_stats()的值
( 上游issue: https://github.com/389ds/389-ds-base/issues/5861 )

问题已修复，PR: !33:[sync] PR-32: 修复在两层常量引用上使用'.borrow'报错问题
