EBS是内部平台，我们没有权限看到，ukui-notification-daemon 22.03-LTS-Sp1分支正常，且OBS上对应的https://build.openeuler.org/package/show/openEuler:22.03:LTS:SP1:Epol/ukui-notification-daemon也编译正常，发现最近好多人提了好多关于EBS的问题，但是在OBS上都是正常的，是不是EBS环境的问题？？？
还是说此类问题，我们不用处理

原因：构建系统生成repo源发布时有遗漏，最近一次的dailybuild已带上
