【22.03-RC5-arm/x86】安装并卸载vdsm相关包后，ksmtuned.service不存在;

【环境信息】
OS：LTS系统（arm、x86）
repo:[2203_OS] [2203_EPOL] [2203_everything]

【操作步骤】
1、配置repo源
2、安装并卸载vdsm相关包后，ksmtuned.service不存在;

【预期结果】
1.安装并卸载vdsm相关包后，若ksmtuned.service服务存在，可正常开启关闭，若服务不存在，修改spec;

【实际结果】
1.安装并卸载vdsm相关包后，ksmtuned.service不存在;
