<!-- #请根据issue的类型在标题左侧下拉框中选择对应的选项（需求、缺陷或CVE等）--> <!-- #请根据issue相关的版本在里程碑中选择对应的节点，若是与版本无关，请选择“不关联里程碑”--> 【背景】 随着python-requests [CVE-2024-35195](https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/python-requests/issues/I9QSXK?from=project-issue)的修复，修复补丁对HTTPAdapter模块get_connection方法有接口更改。 cloud-init受此接口更改影响，特此通知提前适配python-requests的接口变更，防止CVE-2024-35195修复后cloud-init功能异常。 【接口变更说明】 CVE-2024-35195的上游社区修改方案：HTTPAdapter模块新增get_connection_with_tls_context方法，并在调用点中使用get_connection_with_tls_context代替get_connection，原先的get_connection方法被标记为弃用。因此，继承requests.adapters.HTTPAdapter类，并且重写了get_connection方法的代码将受到影响，出现报错。 【适配方案参考】 目前cloud-init上游社区已适配，参考补丁 https://github.com/canonical/cloud-init/commit/790d2291837de9c68ccc067cb2c88b11c60e69f9
