测试步骤如下：
1.参照https://gitee.com/openeuler/ha-api/blob/master/docs/ha_install.md 文档，搭建HA高可用集群环境；
2.启动服务: systemctl start corosync-notifyd.service
3.启动服务: systemctl start corosync.service
4.经验证，这2个服务启动成功；
5.启动服务: systemctl start spausedd.service
6.服务启动失败，报错：core-dump

将问题合并到#I3UNYX:【20.03-LTS-SP2】【arm/x86】booth-arbitrator.service、booth@.service服务启动失败

重新安装干净的环境，回归spausedd.service服务启动问题
经验证，x86和arm无报错信息，服务器启动正常。（之前验证不通过可能是受环境影响）
