osc已升级到了1.15，obs-build仍为20230809，在2403sp2镜像里，执行`osc build`在开始阶段即报错： ``` Unknown option '--repos-directory'. Exit. ``` /var/tmp/build-root目录也未建立。 osc回退到1.9后问题消失。看起来obs-build需要与osc同步升级
