【问题复现步骤】
systemctl start systemd-localed
systemctl status systemd-localed
systemctl start rsyslog
systemctl status rsyslog
cat /var/log/message
【预期结果】
服务启动成功
【实际结果】
导致rsyslog/systemd-localed服务启动失败
