a registered member of the "Scanner Ai" platform (hereinafter referred to as "you") regarding your use of the "Scanner Ai" platform services.

The specific service content of "Scanner Ai" is provided by "Scanner Ai" according to the actual situation, such as providing functions and 
services such as image download, collection, and content recommendation to users who use this software. Scanner Ai reserves the right to 
modify, interrupt, or terminate certain network services. Our company reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided 
by the "Scanner Ai" platform at any time based on actual circumstances. Scanner Ai is not responsible for any losses caused to users due to business adjustments.

Registration and account management obligations
In order to use this service, you agree to the following: please fill in the correct and authentic mobile phone number according to the registration 
prompts of this service, and ensure the authenticity, validity, and legality of the updated mobile phone number information in the future. 
If you provide any untrue, illegal, unethical or information that the company deems unsuitable for display on "Scanner Ai", the company 
has reason to suspect that your information is a program or malicious operation. The company has the right to suspend or terminate your 
account and refuse you to use all or any part of this service now and in the future. Our company is not responsible for any registration 
information of any user, including but not limited to the responsibility of identifying and verifying the authenticity, correctness, completeness, 
applicability, and/or whether it is the latest information.
You promise that you shall not have any illegal or harmful information in the account information of "Scanner Ai", shall not open an account 
in the name of others without their permission, and shall not maliciously register. Your account is limited to your personal use only. 
Without the written consent of the company, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or license others to use this account 
in any form. If the company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the account user does not match the initial registrant, 
the company has the right to suspend or terminate services provided to the registered account and cancel the account without notifying you.

Protecting user privacy is a key principle of Scanner Ai. Our company fully protects the security of users' personal information through 
technological means, providing privacy protection service functions, and strengthening internal management. This privacy statement applies 
to all related services of "Scanner Ai". As the scope of "Scanner Ai" services expands, the content of the privacy statement may be updated 
by "Scanner Ai" at any time without further notice. Once the updated privacy statement is published on the webpage, it will effectively 
replace the original privacy statement.
Our company strictly protects the security of your personal information. We use various security technologies and procedures to protect 
your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our company will disclose your personal information as required 
by law or in accordance with the relevant user agreement and software license agreement of "Scanner Ai", or if there are sufficient 
reasons to believe that it is necessary to do so in order to:

(b) Comply with the provisions of the "Scanner Ai" related user agreement and software license agreement;

When using the "Scanner Ai" service, users need to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, 
including but not limited to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information System, 
the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning 
the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Computer Network Copyright Disputes (Fa Shi [2004] No. 1), the Decision of the 
Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet 
Electronic Bulletin Services, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News Information Services, the Measures for the 
Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright, the Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Rights, 
the Regulations on the Administration of Internet User Public Account Information Services and other laws and regulations on computer 
Internet and intellectual property rights, Implementation measures.
If the user's use of the "Scanner Ai" service violates any national laws and regulations or infringes on the legitimate rights and 
interests of any third party, our company has the right to directly delete such content that violates regulations. Unless a separate 
contract is signed with our company, the content of 'Scanner Ai' shall not be used for commercial purposes; Scanner Ai is for 
personal use only. Accounts cannot be created automatically, nor can automated systems be used to perform operations on them.
Operations that affect the overall stability or integrity of the system by users may be suspended or terminated until the issue is resolved.

Our company does not welcome:
1. Discrimination and hate speech targeting race, country, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, geography, sexual orientation, and physical characteristics;
2. Indecent language, personal attacks, intentional harassment, and malicious use;
3. Topics related to pornography, radical politics, and ideology;
4. Frequently publishing poorly formatted advertising content.
Our company does not allow:
1. Acts and content that violate the laws and regulations of China or the location of Scanner Ai;
2. Acts that threaten the personal and legal safety of others or the "Scanner Ai" itself;
3. Content that poses a potential threat to the operational security of the website.

The guiding principles of the "Scanner Ai" team are:
1. The group leader applies voluntarily;
2. The group leader has the responsibility and obligation to promptly remove items that are not in line with the group theme and content 
that violates the "Scanner Ai" principle.

Disclaimers
Once you register as a user, it means that you have reached an agreement with our company and fully accept all the terms under this user agreement. 
The interpretation, modification, and updating rights of the disclaimer belong to our company.
1. If you disclose your user password to others or share your registered account with others, resulting in the leakage of any personal information, 
or any other personal information leakage not caused by our company, our company shall not bear any legal responsibility;
2. We do not acknowledge any legal responsibility for any disputes arising from the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with 
the circumstances listed in our user agreement;
3. The company shall not be held legally responsible for any temporary website shutdown caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, or government regulations;

Service change, interruption or termination
In case of special circumstances or requirements from government agencies, our company has the right to directly suspend or cancel 
user accounts according to the requirements of authorized agencies; If there is a need to suspend network services or adjust service 
functions due to system maintenance or upgrades, our company will make every effort to notify in advance on the "Scanner Ai" platform.
If any of the following situations occur, our company has the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate the provision of services to users without notifying them:
1. The personal information provided by the user is not truthful;
2. The user violates the usage rules stipulated in this user agreement;
3. Users perform operations that affect the overall stability or integrity of the "Scanner Ai" system;
4. Without the written consent of our company, use the "Scanner Ai" platform for commercial purposes.

Improvement and modification of user agreement
The company has the right to improve and modify the "Scanner Ai" user agreement from time to time according to the development 
of the Internet and changes in relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Our company reserves the right 
to modify the user agreement at any time. When using the "Scanner Ai" platform services, it is necessary for users to carefully 
read and reconfirm the latest "Scanner Ai" user agreement. In case of any disputes, please refer to the latest user agreement.
Special Agreement
If the user's use of this service violates any national laws and regulations or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests 
of any third party, the company has the right to directly delete such information that violates regulations, and has the right 
to suspend or terminate the service provided to the user. If the user engages in any illegal or infringing behavior using this service, 
the user shall bear full responsibility on their own, and the company shall not assume any legal or joint liability. Therefore, 
if any losses are caused to the company or any third party, the user shall be responsible for full compensation.
