## 背景

按 alice-cli v3.0.x 路线图,7 个 profile 中本 issue 先行实装 consultant + researcher,其余 5 个(coder / writer / reviewer / security / tester)显式标"未实装",后续 P1 批次按需实装。

## 改动文件

新增(8 个):
- `src/runtime/agent/coordinator/agentProfile.ts` — profile 数据契约
- `src/runtime/agent/coordinator/profileRegistry.ts` — 7 profile 注册 + spawn 入口(RUNNERS 表 dispatch,无 if/else 链)
- `src/runtime/agent/coordinator/consultantRunner.ts` — 议题提炼 runner(parseTopics + fallback 5 条)
- `src/runtime/agent/coordinator/researcherRunner.ts` — 记忆召回 runner(透传 topK 给 SessionMemory)
- `src/runtime/agent/coordinator/spawn.ts` — spawnCoordinator 包装(失败 → error 事件,不阻塞主对话)
- `src/runtime/agent/concurrentAgentRunner.ts` — 多 spec 并发骨架(单 in-flight pending + Promise.race 真并发)
- `src/runtime/agent/slashHandler.ts` — /consult /research 解析 + 渲染
- `test-case/test-issue-007.ts` — 84 断言全量覆盖

修改(4 个):
- `src/runtime/agent/agentLoop.ts` — /consult /research slash 分流(model_selected 之前短路);getRelevantMemories 接受可选 topK;extract yieldSlashResult 扁平嵌套
- `src/daemon/chatHandler.ts` — 注入 spawnCoordinator,baseDeps 一次构造复用(避免重复 6/7 个 getter)
- `src/runtime/index.ts` — 导出新模块
- `test-case/test-list.md` — 追加 #7 索引行,基线 168 → 252

## 验收要点(issue 原文)

- ✅ `/consult <prompt>` → consultant runner 产出 5-8 条议题回灌主对话
- ✅ `/research <prompt>` → researcher runner 命中 ~/.alice/memories/*.md > 0 条
- ✅ 7 profile 可 list,2 个可 spawn,其余 5 个抛 ProfileNotImplementedError
- ✅ spawn 临时拉起 + permissionGate 按 profile 配 policy(consultant/researcher 全部 deny 写/执行)
- ✅ researcher 失败不阻塞主对话,仅记 warn

## 测试结果

- **新增断言**:84(test-issue-007.ts)
- **全量回归**:001=27 + 002=36 + 003=34 + 004=25 + 005=9 + **007=84** + 019=37 = **252/252 全绿**(基线 168 → 252)
- **build**: `bun build.ts` ✅

## 风险点

1. `concurrentAgentRunner` 是 P1 接入骨架,目前只跑过 2 个 spec + 错误预过滤,5 个 P1 实装后需重新跑并发 stress test。
2. `spawnCoordinator` 通过 `baseDeps.logger.warn` 兜底,如果生产 chatHandler 注入的 deps 没设 logger 会抛 `undefined.warn` —— 现状 chatHandler 已注入,需保证未来使用方也走同一路径。
3. `slashHandler.renderSpawnEvents` 当前硬编码 2 个 section(`## 议题` / `## 相关历史记忆`),P1 新增 spawnable profile 时需扩展。

## simplify pass

复用了 4 个 review agent(reuse / simplification / efficiency / altitude)并行跑,
落地的高/中项:
- 删 `profileDeps` + `createRuntime(wrappedDeps)` 死代码(原 spawn 构造完 runtime 就 `void` 掉)
- `runAgents` 改 `Promise.race` 真并发 + 单 in-flight pending(修复了"async generator 多次 next() 排队丢事件"bug)
- 删 `AggregateResult` 死接口 + 未用 `now` 选项 + 死测试 stream
- `chatHandler` baseDeps 一次构造复用(避免 6 个字段写两遍)
- `parseSlashCommand` 改查表(SLASH_PREFIXES)
- profile dispatch 改 RUNNERS map
- `renderSpawnEvents` 接收 profileName 参数(不再从 events 反推)
- `AgentLoopDependencies.getRelevantMemories` 加可选 topK 透传(SessionMemory 底层支持)
- agentLoop 4 层嵌套 flatten 成 `yieldSlashResult` helper
