## 改动概览

新增 alice-cli 团队记忆同步层,本 release 仅落 **协议 + 本地 mock**(`~/.alice/team-sync/staging/<teamId>.jsonl`),远程 v4.0.0 endpoint 预留设计但不实现。

- `src/services/memory/index.ts`(+65/-3):
  - `fireAndForgetExtractMemories` 成功后自动 `pushTeamMemory`(上行 hook)
  - 新增 `getRelevantMemoriesWithTeam(prompt)`(本地 top-K + team 合并,下行 hook)
  - 重导出协议层类型与 `recallWithTeam` / `pushTeamMemory` / `pullTeamMemories`
- `test-case/test-list.md`:新增 #8 索引行,基线断言数 168 → 245

- **24h 滚动窗口**:pull 自动过滤 `ts >= now - SYNC_TTL_MS`
- **本地优先**:team bullets 加 `[team]` 前缀,与本地记忆保留来源可辨识
- **远程 v4.0.0 预留**:RFC 注释了 `POST /v1/teams/{teamId}/memories:push` 与 `GET :pull?since=<ms>` 设计

## 风险点

1. **teamId 单一来源**:env + file 双源,v4.0.0 接 team-token 时需扩到 keychain(预留接口空间)
2. **hot path I/O**:`getRelevantMemoriesWithTeam` 每个 chat prompt 走一次 staging jsonl read;本期未加内存缓存(下个 PR 可加 30-60s TTL)
3. **chatHandler 接线未直接做**:本 release 提供 `getRelevantMemoriesWithTeam` API,daemon 接入留到 P1 批
4. **`[team]` 前缀污染输出**:v4.0.0 引入 provenance 元数据时应改为结构化 `{ text, origin, teamId, ts }`(altitude 评审建议)
