[5.10] [Feature] KVM: x86: support 5-level NPT when host CR4.LA57 is set · Pull Request !13055 · anolis/cloud-kernel

回合上游 5-level NPT 支持三连补丁到 devel-5.10。5.10 的 `has_svm()` 在
`pgtable_l5_enabled()` 为真时直接返回 0，即宿主机以 `CR4.LA57=1` 运行时 AMD 平台
无法加载 kvm-amd；同时 `struct kvm_mmu` 缺少固定 PML5 表，无法在 5 级页表宿主机上
正确构建影子 NPT。

### 适配说明

- 补丁 1、3 仅上下文适配：5.10 中 `struct kvm_vcpu_arch` 仍有 `cr3_lm_rsvd_bits`、
  `kvm_mmu_new_pgd()` 原型不同，且 `pgtable_l5_enabled()` 的提前返回位于
  `has_svm()` 而非 `svm_hardware_setup()`。功能改动与上游一致。
- 补丁 2 需重写：5.10 既没有 `mmu_alloc_special_roots()`，也没有
  `pml4_root` 改名。`mmu->lm_root` 承担上游 `pml4_root` 的角色，因此在
  `struct kvm_mmu` 中于其旁新增 `pml5_root`，并在 `free_mmu_pages()` 中释放；
  PML5 页改为在 `mmu_alloc_shadow_roots()` 内按需分配（5.10 本就在此处按需分配
  `lm_root`），`pml5_root[0]` 以相同 `pm_mask` 指向 `lm_root`，
  `shadow_root_level == PT64_ROOT_5LEVEL` 时 `root_hpa` 取自 `pml5_root`；
  两处 `shadow_root_level` 与 `PT64_ROOT_4LEVEL` 的比较改为 `>=`，与上游一致。

### 编译验证

`x86_64_defconfig` + `CONFIG_KVM=y`、`CONFIG_KVM_INTEL=m`、`CONFIG_KVM_AMD=m`、
`CONFIG_X86_5LEVEL=y`，逐个补丁编译 `arch/x86/kvm/`，三个补丁均 0 error 0 新增
warning，可 bisect。
